Downstream and TCS have partnered to create a state-of-the-art TCS Pace Port facility in Amsterdam. A first-of-it’s-kind in Europe and a benchmark for future TCS Pace Ports, it showcases immersive digital installations alongside agile development labs. The centre also spotlights the convergence of emerging technologies, enabling customers to re-envision the future.
The goal was to design a distinctive, customer-facing environment that enables TCS’s clients for rapid transformation and innovation. Experiences reflect each step of the customer engagement: Explore, Engage, and Execute. Embodying the TCS Pace brand, a highly flexible space which is partly reconfigurable supports distributed agile ways of working. The centre includes 4 key design features: The Innovation Showcase, Agile Development Labs, Collaboration and Think Space and the Maker Space.
