Through a close collaboration with the customer a solid strategy was determined which appeals to a specific target group. Based on data and data from travelers, we have mapped the entire booking process from start to finish. In doing so, we have collected specific, relevant process information where added value is provided by the services of CTN, namely:
during the booking process itself; 'dreaming'
after booking until the moment of departure; 'planning'
on arrival and stay in Cuba; 'experiencing'
based on feedback on return / survey upon return; 'sharing'
